As CEO of Action Solar, Haysam’s role is to guide a talented team in delivering innovative solar energy solutions, combining his extensive experience in the solar industry with a background as an immigrant who has successfully navigated the complexities of the business world.

His journey over the past 20 years includes founding, growing, and exiting three businesses in the automotive and finance industries, demonstrating a versatile and robust approach to entrepreneurship and business management.

In addition to his leadership at Action Solar, Haysam serves on the board of the RSA, an association he helped co-found that is recognized by SEIA as a critical organization in the solar industry. He
also successfully lobbied in the state of Utah to help reverse a bill that would have negatively impacted the solar industry, reinforcing his commitment to protecting and promoting solar energy initiatives.

Haysam’s focus on customer retention and business development has significantly increased Action Solar’s market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction. He is deeply committed
to promoting solar energy, reducing
