Luke Miseyko

Luke is a speaker, consultant, and CEO for AlwaysBeRecruiting, a
recruiting consulting & technology company that helps D2D businesses
implement organic recruiting strategies to scale their teams with high quality
sales reps.

He originally started his sales & recruiting career at Cutco where he recruited
10,000 sales reps across the state of Florida over 8 years. At Cutco, he
developed 7 different organic recruiting strategies that were implemented
nationwide to recruit 40,000+ of sales reps every year.

He left Cutco to work at I.D. Fund, an industry agnostic private-equity firm funding
late-stage venture capital deals.

In 2021, he co-founded AlwaysBeRecruiting to chase a career more rooted in
fulfillment & purpose. He’s on a mission to impact millions of lives by helping
leaders with growth-oriented cultures change as many lives as possible.

At AlwaysBeRecruiting, he has helped 100+ solar, roofing, and pest companies
implement these same strategies, allowing them to focus on consistently
recruiting high quality candidates organically. The companies he’s worked with
double the size of their team in less than 2 months on average.
He is passionate about helping D2D leaders widen their scope of leadership by
finding quality recruits and putting them into cultures where they will grow, learn,
and become the best versions of themselves.
